The Garden City Project in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq
The Garden City projects, located in the Kurdsat area along the Malik Mahmud Ring Road in Sulaymaniyah, are among the most prestigious projects, offering both residential and commercial spaces. Carefully executed by experienced engineers and specialists in various fields, these projects are built with the highest quality materials and provide all the necessary services. The Garden City project consists of three main sections:
1- Town House.. Completed:
- It consists of 5 buildings with 7 floors, totaling 170 apartments.
- Each building includes a commercial area and a garage floor.
- The apartments are sized at 180, 230, 321, and 325 m², while the penthouse apartments are 319 and 327 m² in size.
2- Garden City Villas.. Completed:
- Each villa consists of a basement floor, ground floor, and first floor.
- The villas are designed in sizes of 240, 480, 600, and 1000 m².
3- Garden City Towers.. To Be Completed in 2029:
- It consists of 2 towers, A and B, each with 38 floors. Each floor features 6 different apartment types.
- The apartment sizes vary between 158, 162, 214, 212, 222, and 285 m².
Hospital Project, Karbala
We have successfully completed the detailed construction work of a modern 400-bed hospital in Karbala. The project utilized the highest quality materials in compliance with hospital standards, and every detail was meticulously handled. All areas, from operating rooms to outpatient clinics, intensive care units to patient rooms, were designed to meet high hygiene standards. Mir / Bereketli Shopping Mall, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
The Mir / Bereketli Shopping Mall, located in the heart of Ashgabat, stands out as a modern and comprehensive shopping center built on a 55,000 m² area. With a capacity of 286 stores and a spacious market area at its center, it offers visitors an enjoyable shopping experience. Designed to satisfy visitors of all ages and backgrounds, the Mir Shopping Mall has become one of Ashgabat's most vibrant hubs for commerce and socializing.
Completed in collaboration with Belent Jay Hk, this prestigious project, valued at a total of 25 million dollars, opened its doors to visitors in December 2017. With the use of high-quality materials and a functional design approach, the Mir / Bereketli Shopping Mall continues to contribute to the dynamic structure and trade volume of the city.
